Communication
with Members & Service Delivery
The main channel of communication between PipsandTips
& our members is our room's in-built chat feature,
through which you can share your own opinions related
to the market, ask questions & receive feedback. You
can use our chat anytime the room is open (see
schedule for details) - your questions & comments
are always welcome.
During the first hour of each trading session (we
trade London & NY sessions only), we will perform
an overall market review, analyze the charts &
scan for possible trading setups according to our strategies.
This presentation is fully video & audio-enabled
- you will be able to hear us speak & see our charts
in real time as we point out the pairs & setups
with highest potential for the next few hours.
After the initial market review, we summarize our
conclusions on the interactive trading board &
get down to business: trading the setups.
From this moment on we focus on our trading &
communicate any observations, trade setups, live positions
& updates via chat, so that members joining
us any time during the session can easily get up-to-date
with what we've done up to that point.
Video support will be enabled most of the time
so that our members can see what setups we're focusing
on & observe in real time when we take a trade or
manage our positions. On the other hand, please note
that the use of audio support except for the initial
market review (first hour of each session) will be at
the discretion of the room moderator.
Sometimes due to reasons beyond our control (technical
problems, bad weather, unpredictable events of any kind)
we may be late or forced to be absent from the room,
sometimes even without previous notice. However,
unless the room is open for a minimum of 4 hours during
a day we will extend your membership with 1 day, up
to 5 working days per month. Beyond this limit the entire
membership fee will be refunded for that month only.
There is no minimum or maximum number of trades
for any of the strategies we trade in the room, therefore
we cannot make any promise regarding the number of trades
we will take on our reference account. However
the service will be considered delivered if a minimum
of 20 trades and cumulated turnover of 4 standard lots
($400.000) are placed on our reference account (demo
or live) during one calendar month. If the activity
in the room does not meet the conditions above you are
entitled to a refund.
